When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fill an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

  • UK and Europe:5-10 business days
  • International:5-15 working days
  • USA:3-4 business days

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with worldwide installations!


How are your products made?

We work with a reliable and high quality print-on-demand dispatcher. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility which can do this more efficiently!


How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping, please write to contato@feelthequest.com .


What do I need to know about international orders?

Shipments outside the US may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits and other factors based on the product itself. The final recipient is responsible for these fees. It is highly recommended to include your phone number in the order when placing international orders - this will minimize the risk of an order getting lost in transit and will make delivery of the order easier.


My order should already be here, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us in the following way:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Pass by your neighbors, in case the messenger left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise - if you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be! If the delivery address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor's house, please contact us at contato@feelthequest.com with your order number.

If you find an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order will be at your expense.
